Oaklane Retreat is surrounded by lovely gardens with a backdrop of mature native trees, attracting Kookaburras, Wattlebirds, Honeyeaters, Lorikeets and Rosellas as regular visitors.
This home away from home also offers a perfect base for exploring charming South Gippsland and Wilsons Promontory National Park. A 20 min. drive takes you to the beautiful, unspoiled beaches at Sandy Point and Waratah Bay, in 25 min. you reach the entrance to Wilsons Prom. For cyclists the Great Southern Railtrail starts only convenient 3.2 km from our door.

Oaklane Retreat also functions as a private Art Gallery, displaying the work of resident artist Anna Walter. The Watercolour paintings mainly feature local coastal scenery.
